The Edge Restaurant & Bar is an upscale dining destination, with a New-American menu, highlighting locally sourced and sustainable classic dishes, seafood and prime cut meats infused with Latin and Asian accents.

To begin the design process, we spent time the team and chef. Through the rhythm, culture, pace, and precision of the work, The design not only optimizes efficiency but also fosters a meaningful environment, setting a stage for cuisine that ignites the senses. The design is a combination of reclaimed wood, steel and leather, but focuses on the idea of “warmth together” through the addition of a communal table, fireplace and cascading water walls create an atmosphere of intimacy.

The new architecture at The Edge is shaped by simple geometries that are both modern and reminiscent of warm familiarity.

Custom-made bar and lounge for the signature and classic handcrafted cocktails by The Edge mixologists, the bar is stocked with an extensive list of single malts, blended whiskies, rye, bourbon, rum, gin, tequila, mezcal and some of the finest cognacs, armagnacs and other brandies.

A communal table, fireplace and cascading water walls create an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. The familiarity and warmth of the burned finish juxtaposes the more contemporary metals that wraps around the corners.
