A 4-story townhouse addition replacing the old 1-story garage, and a 2-story rooftop addition bridge the old and new structure for a cohesive modern design. The new 8-story project houses 59 new artists’ work-live space, lofts, and 11,500 sf of ground floor retail. For its convenient location, LWDMR is currently occupying a storefront as our Jersey City office.
