Peter Krenicki RA Associate

Mr. Krenicki has been with LWDMR since 1983 and is currently an associate principal. He is responsible for executing projects from initial conception and existing conditions surveys to design and construction document development, including bidding and construction administration. Adaptive re-use of existing structures, historic preservation and new construction are his primary areas of expertise. Project team coordination, from client to municipal agencies as well as consultants and builders, is an important aspect of his responsibilities.

Having extensive involvement with several award winning restoration projects over the last two decades has led to the recent completion of the Club at Dixon Mills, the restoration and adaptive re-use of the historic power plant structure at the Residences at Dixon Mills. Mr. Krenicki is particularly adept at solving complex building problems with respect to adaptive re-use projects and additions thereto, as well as new construction. A prime example of which is the Montgomery-Greene project in Jersey City; his responsibilities included the exterior envelope, as well as the initial project design and planning. Mr. Krenicki approaches project execution, regardless of project type, complexity or scale, with a dedicated attention to detail, constructability and design integrity.
